How will North Total work?
North Total is a web product which will assist you to shield, manage and budget your finances. Furthermore, it helps you build up your savings and teach you ways to extend your monthly financial income. Subscription to North Total allows you add your bank accounts and credit cards to your account making it easier for you to track your transactions altogether. You’ll even be alerted of any suspicious activity, to make sure fraudulent behaviour is avoided.
What if I forget my password?
All you’ve got to try and do if you’ve forgotten your password, is head over to the sign-in page, click on ‘Forgotten Password’, where North Total will send you an email with recovery instructions.
How am I able to modify my password?
Once you’re signed in to your account, go to ‘My Profile’. Here you’re ready to enter a brand new password, which can be effective right away.
How do I add my accounts and cards to North Total?
The first time you sign up to your North Total account, you’re directed to the ‘Add Account’ wizard. This wizard shows you the method of adding your accounts step by step. All you’ve got to try and do is choose the bank or credit card supplier, and enter your online login banking credentials. You’re free to add or take away accounts whenever you would like, and may add further accounts by merely clicking ‘Add Account’ on the dashboard.
I get errors when I add my accounts. What do I do?

How secure is your website?
Security is a priority at North Total, with our technology being as secure as it can be, we use SSL cryptography on all our services. We also don’t have access to your online banking credentials, all this data is processed by a third party provider with over fifteen years’ expertise with the business.
Can I get a refund on my subscription fees?
You’re aware at the start of your subscription that you’ll pay £38.10 per month to keep receiving our services. You’re allowed to cancel your account at any given time, however you won’t be eligible for a refund of your fees.

Why is my banking account unlisted on North Total?
Despite having the bulk of all United Kingdom banks and credit card suppliers, there are a couple of banks that are yet to be added. If your bank isn’t mentioned, please let us know, so we can attempt to get them added to our service.
